Q: What is your return, refund & exchange policy?
A: In home auditions: For selected products, we offer an in home audition. This is offered on the product pages where available. Returns are accepted according to the terms for that product. For all other products, once your purchase is issued, reversal of the order or a later return cannot be accepted.
We depend on our customers to do their research on a product they are interested in before committing to a purchase. We encourage them to read reviews, ask us questions, etc, to make sure that the product will work in their system. We also recommend they consider the all important and powerful WAF (wife acceptance factor).
Feel free to contact us with any questions you have concerning a product you are interested in. We will try to understand your system and needs and will give you the proper advice and direction, helping you to make a purchase that will be successful for you.
Sometimes a customer does not understand the break-in process, which causes the sound to change during the first 50 to 400 hours when a product is new. A: In home auditions: For selected products, we offer an in home audition. This is offered on the product pages where available. Please also refer to our customer testimonials and other sources on the web to aid in your purchase decision.
Payment & Shipping Internationally:
Q: What form of payment do you accept? Do you ship internationally?
A: We accept worldwide Visa, Mastercard, personal check or certified check. See our contact page to pay by phone or mail. If paying by personal check or certified check we will not begin your order until it is verified or clears the bank.
We verify a payment by contacting the bank it is drawn on to confirm that it is a legitimate institution and that the manner of payment is legitimate.
We ship worldwide. Shipping methods are selected in a shopping cart drop down box. For all countries other than Canada, we recommend you call for shipping prices before placing your order. Otherwise, if we receive your order, we will contact you with the shipping cost before charging your credit card. Cable products for all countries other than Canada are a flat $25 to $35 depending on the shipping method chosen in the drop down box.
Order Time:
Q: How long will my order take?
A: Shipping time depends on factors such as country origin, stock and time to complete for hand made products. Most products are shipped direct to you from the manufacturer. This saves you time and added shipping cost. Estimated completion times are seen below. If a product you desire is in stock, it will usually be shipped the next day:
Morrow Audio Monoblock Amplifiers: 6 to 8 weeks
Morrow Audio, All Other: 1 to 2 weeks
Tonewin Products: 1 to 3 weeks
Magnum Dynalab: 1 to 2 weeks
Cain & Cain: 6 weeks
Warranties:
Q: What is the warranty that come with your products?
A: Please check under warranty for the warranty that comes with the product you are interested in.
Tubes:
Q: Do all required tubes come with your products?
A: All products come with tubes if required for operation.
Q: What brand tubes come with the Tonewin products?
A: Shaguang and other various Chinese tubes come with the Tonewin products.
