Return Policy...

For select products we offer an in home audition with a full refund less shipping if returned. Please follow the steps below to take advantage...

Making A Return (Applies only to participating products):

1. Check the product page to see if it is eligible. Notice the allowed time for a return.

2. Contact us that you will be returning the product.

3. Any return must be shipped back in the original packaging, with all manuals, packing inserts, instructions and accessories that accompanied the product when originally received. Cables can be shipped back in your own packaging if desired.

4. Ship the product to us, insured for full value. Returns must be postmarked no more than 1 day after the audition period expires.

5. You will be refunded the full amount less shipping within 3 days after the product is received, according to the conditions found below.

Refund Exceptions:

A) Your refund might be delayed if our office is closed due to holidays, vacation, etc. Once we are back, your refund will be applied. We always retain e-mail communication during these times.

B) If your product has been damaged from abuse, the cost for repairs may be deducted from your refund. This amount will be accessed and determined by the management. Damage caused solely by the shipping company will be handled between us and the shipper and your refund will be issued as usual. If said damage occurred from improper packing by the customer, the damage will be accessed and the cost for repairs will be deducted from the refund.

C) Any products that received modifications or changes of any kind will not receive a refund and will be returned to the customer.

D) Returns are subject only to the original buyer and are not transferable.

E) The purchase with your credit card or check must first clear our bank before we can issue a refund. This is for fraud protection.

F) The refund will be issued to you in a similar manner in which we received payment. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the same credit card number. Check or money order purchases will be issued a refund in the form of a Morrow Audio company check.

G) Items on our Used/Demo page are not eligible for a return.

We depend on our customers to do their research on a product they are interested in before committing to a purchase. We encourage them to read reviews, ask us questions, etc, to make sure that the product will work in their system.  We also recommend they consider the all important and powerful WAF (wife acceptance factor).

Feel free to contact us with any questions you have concerning a product you are interested in. We will try to understand your system and needs and will give you the proper advice and direction, helping you to make a purchase that will be successful for you.

Sometimes a customer does not understand the break-in process, which causes the sound to change during the first 50 to 400 hours when a product is new.
