- At Magnum Dynalab, we are proud of the longevity of our products. So proud in fact, that in addition to our 2-year warranty on all new Magnum Dynalab units, we also protect all of the tuners we sell with our industry leading LIFETIME SERVICE POLICY.
This unrivalled policy ensures that even at the end of our standard 2-year warranty, our customers will never spend more than $100 repairing their Magnum Dynalab tuner. That is, no matter the age of your tuner, simply return it to our technicians, and you can be sure that your unit will be repaired to working condition at a cost of no more than $100. Registration:
- In order to qualify under the terms of the above warranty, all items must be returned to the appropriate factory service depot with all shipping charges prepaid. In lieu of having previously registered the purchase of the unit by completing and returning the PURCHASE REGISTRATION CARD or registering on-line at www.magnumdynalab.com/register.htm, the unit must be accompanied by proof of purchase (bill of sale) from an authorized Magnum Dynalab dealer.
Morrow Audio Products:
Amplifier Products: 3 years
Speaker Products: 5 year
Cable Products: 1 year
Not covered under the warranty: Tubes or damage caused from defective tubes, lightning or power surge damage, physical damage or acts of nature, misuse of product, damage from using a product in a way other than what it was designed for, damage caused from external situations or shipping damage. Shipping costs involved in service are not covered under this warranty. Warranties are not transferable.
Used & Demo Products:
There is no warranty on used and demo items unless specified in the ad.
Tonewin Products:
Morrow Audio is the sole warranty repair facility for the Tonewin product line in the USA. We have worked out an arrangement with the manufacturer in China to aid in the warranty repair process. Since we can handle the warranty repair here at our facilities, the customer is not required to ship the product to China for service, which can be expensive. This offer is only available to customers who purchase their product from Morrow Audio.
All Tonewin products come with a 1 year warranty. Not covered under the warranty: Tubes or damage caused from defective tubes, lightning or power surge damage, physical damage or acts of nature, misuse of product, damage caused from external situations or shipping damage. Shipping costs are not covered. Under rare circumstances the product may need to be shipped back to the factory in China for repair, these shipping cost are not covered. The customer will first be notified if this becomes necessary. Warranties are not transferable.
Cain & Cain Products:
All Cain & Cain products come with a 1 year warranty. Product can be shipped back to the factory for service. Shipping cost are not included in the warranty. We might be able to ship the parts to you for the repair, saving the shipping cost and hassle. You will need to install them yourself, full instructions will accompany the parts.
