Cable Products: Lifetime Warranty!
Amplifier & Speaker Products: Not covered under the warranty: Tubes or damage caused from defective tubes, lightning or power surge damage, physical damage or acts of nature, misuse of product, damage from using a product in a way other than what it was designed for, damage caused from external situations or shipping damage. Shipping costs involved in service are not covered under this warranty. Warranties are not transferable.
Cable Products: Lifetime warranty! If your cable ever breaks, for any reason, even abused, we will repair or replace your cable for free. If you trip over your cable, if your pet eats your cable, if your child takes scissors to your cable, if your cable gets tangled in a sweeper, etc, we will repair or replace it for free. You only pay the shipping. Warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Customer must provide purchase receipt with the returned cable.

This unrivalled policy ensures that even at the end of our standard 2-year warranty, our customers will never spend more than $100 repairing their Magnum Dynalab tuner. That is, no matter the age of your tuner, simply return it to our technicians, and you can be sure that your unit will be repaired to working condition at a cost of no more than $100. Registration:
- In order to qualify under the terms of the above warranty, all items must be returned to the appropriate factory service depot with all shipping charges prepaid. In lieu of having previously registered the purchase of the unit by completing and returning the PURCHASE REGISTRATION CARD, the unit must be accompanied by proof of purchase (bill of sale) from an authorized Magnum Dynalab dealer.
Used & Demo Products:
There is no warranty on used and demo items unless specified in the ad.
Cain & Cain Products:
All Cain & Cain products come with a 1 year warranty. Product can be shipped back to the factory for service. Shipping cost are not included in the warranty.
Another option, because of their simple design, is to ship the parts to the customer for the repair, saving the shipping cost and hassle. Full instructions will accompany the parts. It will likely involve replacing a driver, which can be done in 15 minutes. All that is needed is solder, a soldering iron and a screwdriver. If needed, you can call us and we will walk you through it over the phone.
We have yet to see or hear of a driver going bad in any Cain & Cain speaker. They are designed to provide a lifetime of service and enjoyment.
